Fabrication Shop
With 25000 Sq Ft fabrication shop equipped with 5 EOTs of 5 MT capacity each for smooth handling of the materials we are capable to fabricate heavy structures without distortion or bending of the material.
Galvanizing Facility
Galvanizing Shed of 15000 Sq Ft housing Gas heating furnace and Automated temperature control system 8 MTR galvanizing Long bath (8 x 1 x 2 Mtr) with One Degreaser, Four pickling tanks, two water rinsing, one Flux tank along with Separate Gas heated plate for drying the surface before dipping.
Proto, Raw material and Finished goods yard
Dedicated proto type yard of 30,000 sq. ft., raw material storage area 40,000 Sq. Ft and Finished goods yard of 40,000 Sq. Ft with mobile cranes of 12 tons capacity enabling to erect the protos and handle all types and length of structure
