Mr Vivek Gupta
Mr Vivek Gupta a BE (Civil) of 1995 batch from SVNIT (formerly known as Sardar Vallabhbhai Regional College of Engineering & Technology, Surat) University of South Gujarat, carries with him a 20 years long experience in steel structures of T & D, adept in basic & detail Engineering and Project Management of Transmission Lines and sub-station structures.
Worked with eminent flagship companies of T&D business like KEC International, Hyundai Engineering Company, AREVA T&D (now Alstom T&D), Lanco Infratech, Abeinsa Power Structures in various capacities.
Performed basic & detail engineering of Transmission line and sub-station towers upto 765 kV level. Design of other sub-station structures like gantries, lighting Mast, equipment support structures etc up to 765 KV. Well coordinated full-scale load testing of Transmission line towers. Possess capability to provide engineering solutions to projects of any magnitude and complexity.
Technical skills and leadership qualities helped in driving team to deliver quality output with scheduled completion of projects.
He is heading team of qualified and experienced design engineers, detailing engineers, surveyors and draftsmen.

Is a seasoned professional with cross functional experience of more than 17 years as Head Manufacturing, Sr manager- Manufacturing, Works Manager, SBU Head, Maintenance In charge in Transmission towers and solar structures manufacturing industry.
Worked for reputed brands of this business like Kalpataru Power transmission Ltd, Maharashtra Powers structures pvt. Ltd., Karamtara Engineering pvt. Ltd., EMCO ltd & Inabensa Bharat pvt. Ltd.
Expertise in setting up of green field projects and enhancement of production from present capacities. Executed projects for supply of solar structures, transmission line structures and substation structures across the globle.
Joined Inabensa Bharat Pvt Ltd in very early stage at the time of land acquisition and being a expert of production and maintenance was actively involved in developing the green field facility.
Played instrumental role in increasing the manufacturing capacity of Karamtara Engineering from 1200 MT to 5000MT per month by redefining the machines and layout of the shop floor.
Strategic Planner and decision maker to develop and implement manufacturing systems and processes. Demonstrated expertise in managing overall manufacturing activities, Maintenance of whole plant, QA and QC. activities.
